This book is directed towards all law-abiding people of the western world, particularly teachers and students. It shares the horrific experiences of its author who has been forced to deal with U.S. government investigative and intelligence entities as they perpetrated an amalgamation of ruses in an attempt to harm him, personally, for initiation of EEO complaints and for the filing of a civil suit exposing the perpetrators as is his constitutional right. The civil suit went all the way to the Supreme Court by "Writ of Certiorari, see EEOC: The Real Deal Case No. 00-1437. CA-99-1400-A. And ruses initiated by government perpetrator are appropriately qualified in this book as being the end result of "dolt logic" and "mental masturbators" pursuing old south habits from the yesteryears. The activity in this regard is defined in its salacious detail in this book so as to better expose the "bottom line" of how ruses are initiated and who is engaged to assist the perpetrators in their propagation. The book also shares a chilling event involving "Hit Men" in addition to ruses that caused innocent unwitting third parties to view the author in the most negative light that a ruse concoction can muster in the government's attempt to get this black guy. The story also covers actions that law-abiding innocents can undertake to expose those propagating ruses and how to arrange their activities so as to best mitigate government attempts to entrap you in a ruse of no merit in: Air Ports; Class Rooms; Restaurants; Parking lots; Elevators; Officer Clubs etc. The proper response to government ruse perpetrators operating under a false color of authority is: "KMA" [Kiss the part of my anatomy where no sun can shine, the polite response] In that the author is an unwitting victim of the perfidy of government in this regard, he takes on the biblical persona of "David" to represent the people's interest in a people's battle against the "Goliath" of Government who ignore the protections promised by the fourth and fourteenth amendments in order to achieve their hidden agendas of no lawful merit thus no constitutional authority. All "law-abiding" citizens have an interest in this battle if they want to ensure the protections of their constitutional and civil rights are not abridged by unwarranted acts of government against unwitting innocent citizens.

. Book Summary: This book contains a collection of short stores on life events encountered by the author and members of his immediate family, fictionalized for presentation to a broader audience. It also includes a head’s up on “Three Hand Pinochle” a card game for the masses defined as having two levels of players: Level 1—social players and Level 2—players registered as competent to play the game in competitive financial events, for example: casinos, cruise ships etc., under rules explained by the author [Phil Duse Rules] which make the game truly challenging and unforgiving of players who for whatever excuse fail to follow the rules. Such infractions are defined and qualified as reneges or “Opps” which either result in a loss of “Melt” or both a loss of melt and reduction in score equal to the bid.

The public is generally enthusiastic about the latest science and technology, but sometimes research threatens the physical safety or ethical norms of society. When this happens, scientists and engineers can find themselves unprepared in the midst of an intense science policy debate. In the absence of convincing evidence, technological optimists and skeptics struggle to find common values on which to build consensus. The best way to avoid these situations is to sidestep the instigating controversy by using a broad risk-benefit assessment as a risk exploration tool to help scientists and engineers design experiments and technologies that accomplish intended goals while avoiding physical or moral dangers. Dangerous Science explores the intersection of science policy and risk analysis to detail failures in current science policy practices and what can be done to help minimize the negative impacts of science and technology on society.

The Prophet Muhammad s treaties with the Christians of his time, which John Andrew Morrow has rediscovered in obscure collections and often newly translated, uniformly state that Muslims are not to attack peaceful Christian communities, but defend them until the End of the World. Authored by the Prophet himself, they represent a third foundational pillar for Islam outside of Qur an and hadith. The Covenants Initiative within the book represents a movement by Muslims, both prominent and unknown, in support of Christians under attack. These treaties desperately need to be better known among Christians, Muslims, and the general public. For scholars, this book provides much difficult-to-obtain material: facsimiles of primary sources in Arabic and Persian; corrected versions in modern Arabic typescript; and alternate translations. They now have all they need to study the covenants in depth. "This narrative has the power to unite Muslim and Christian communities. A work of scholarship, its release is timely, and its content critical in fostering mutual respect and religious freedom."--IMAM FEISAL ABDUL RAUF, Chairman, Cordoba Initiative "In his indispensable contribution to the study of the Abrahamic faiths, John Andrew Morrow tells the story of how the Prophet Muhammad used his desert experiences of hospitality and protection to bring Muslims and Christians together."--JOSEPH HOBBS, University of Missouri "These letters from the Prophet Muhammad to Christian communities can serve to inspire both Muslims and Christians about our ability to live together as God's people, as friends, as neighbors, and as custodians of the same small planet."--OMID SAFI, University of North Carolina "With painstaking effort and much dedication invested in this groundbreaking work, Professor Morrow will surely manage to attract the attention of Islamic studies students and specialists."--AMAR SELLAM, Mohamed I University "This book documents what is possibly the third foundational source of Islam: the Prophet's treaties and covenants among people of the Abrahamic faiths. Dr. Morrow brings forth exceptionally important findings that dictate peaceful coexistence among Jews, Christians, and Muslims."--BRIDGET BLOMFIELD, University of Nebraska
