This is the fifth and final book in this series. During the writing of the manuscripts the author was moving periodically and found it very rewarding to weave in some of the places and people into the story. A large percent of the story and characters are fictional. The story was written to entertain the authors coworkers at various locations, partly while completely her obligation of active military service. The first manuscript rough draft began in 1988. The author had no aspiration of ever publishing. Twenty-one years later her coworkers persuaded her to publish her work This book Beneath The Kintai Moon, the journey of Life was completed and published 2015, which is approximately 27 years later after the original rough draft of the first book in this series. We applaud O.F. Willisomhouse for the published works and twenty years of military service.

****Back Cover Page Introduction ‘The Diaspora Returns is the third part of a fictional series that allows a glance into the lives of a small and possibly an insignificant group of people, by sociality’s standards. The word ‘Diaspora’ is usual reserved for a large group of people that have been forced into a far distant land with their language, culture, and family members intact and with the hope of returning one day to their ancestral origin. This small entourage, in spite of its size, has been forced to face some of the similar uncertainties as a true Diaspora. They are scattered, in exile and embrace the hope of returning to their established homeland. While in exile, they are enlightened by more truths about themselves and other members of this assortment. In addition, the group increases in size as they discover others that have migrated to this part of the world years before they arrived, for various reasons. This amalgamation of friendships has created a renewed spirit of hope in them as the Irish Catholic priest continues to pray and anoint them while he demands that they improve their relationship with the Divine One as well. Continue to track their discoveries and healing process as the story unfolds in ‘The Diaspora Returns, a Healing for the Soul’.

"Between 2004 and 2014, Karen and I made a dozen trips to Japan, to revisit places I went to on my first trip in 1970 and to go to places related to family and ancestral histories and myths.... Inspired by the travels of Basho and Sora, we logged over 20,000 miles across the four main islands ... up to Cape Soya, at the northern tip of Hokaido, and down to Cape Kasasa, at the southwestern corner of Kyushu"-- Author's note.

Building with wood as an ecologically viable material is a tradition with a long history. The timber architecture which has ensued over the past centuries reveals to the modern observer the depth of knowledge which has enabled both Eastern und Western cultures to use this wonderful material in such a creative way. In the most typical method of building with wood, elements are connected by using wood joints which do not require the assistance of adhesives or metal connectors. This art of wood jointing reached its zenith in Japan; but Europe too provided its share of highly influential forms. By looking at several hundred examples from Japan and 18 European countries, with a new chapter on China added to this enlarged edition, this book describes in great detail the history of timber architecture in terms of its technical, aesthetic and ecological dimensions. This thorough study is a mine of information to specialists in this field; it opens up to the craftsman of today what has become an almost forgotten world and provides a fascinating account for the general reader. Here is a man who has trekked though the wild Carpathian forests, the Norwegian outback, the Russian steppes and obscure regions of Japan in pursuit of the wood joint. He tells the story with a sense of unfolding discovery; for anyone interested in how buildings work this book is a joy to read." the architects journal"
