The Deep South, where Victoria Ramsey grew up, is often referred to as the Bible Belt. However, it was only on rare occasions that Victoria's aunt would come over and take her to church. The church was located very far away, deep in the back woods. There were no houses or businesses close to the church. A dense thicket of tall pine trees lined the road that led to the church. The truth wouldn't be revealed until much later as to the identity of the real devil.
