Quantum computers promise to solve unthinkably complex problems that traditional computers could ever solve The evidence of such quantum supremacy over traditional computers has started to emerge as it can be seen by Google s quantum computer recently performing a complex computation that would take 10,000 years for the best supercomputer available today High level languages to write quantum programs have also started to appear, e g , Microsoft s Q and IBM s Qiskit Thus, we believe that this is the right time to build a community for quantum software engineering (QSE) focusing on devising methods, approaches, and processes to develop software for quantum programs efficiently and to ensure their correctness

The IEEE International Conference on Quantum Software (QSW) is focusing on quantum software engineering, including hybrid quantum software, quantum software development, quantum in the cloud, quantum applications and services, and quantum software analysis & evolution The goal of QSW is to bring together researchers and practitioners from different areas of quantum computing and (classical) software and service engineering to strengthen the quantum software community and discuss, e g , architectural styles, languages, and best practices of quantum software as well as many other aspects of the quantum software development lifecycle

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 23rd International Conference on Web Engineering, ICWE 2023, held in Alicante, Spain, during June 6-9, 2023. The 18 revised full papers and 7 short papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 77 submissions. They are organized in topical sections named: architecting the web in the cloud continuum; machine learning for web engineering; IoT and WoT engineering; user privacy engineering; user behaviour characterization; user centered technologies; tools and techniques for advanced web engineering; and web engineering practices and experiences.

The workshop will facilitate discourse and discussions among researchers, practitioners, and students who are working on challenges and solutions related to the industrial revolution There will be a particular focus on sharing industry experience and project results pertaining to cyber threats on critical systems, secure software engineering, and attack detection and response mechanisms

It contains a distillation of the outputs from several ICSA 2022 working sessions and the subsequent work from the authors. Software architecture research involves the study of the design and analysis of software systems, focusing on the high-level structure and organization of software components, as well as the interactions and relationships between them.
