This is an open access book.The 3rd International Conference on Management Science and Software Engineering (ICMSSE 2023) is to be held on July 21-23, 2023 at Qingdao, China. ICMSSE is China's annual conference since 2021. It was held in Chengdu, Chongqing from 2021 to 2022. Every year, there are many attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and quite a few well-known experts give plenary speeches. Management science and engineering is a discipline that comprehensively uses systems science, management science, mathematics, economics and behavioral science and engineering methods, combined with information technology to study and solve management problems in society, economy, engineering and other aspects. In addition to the current situation of management science at home and abroad discussed in the first two sessions, this session realized that with the development of science and technology, the intersection of disciplines, coupled with the continuous expansion of the field of management science and engineering research, for online risk management (ERB, BRP system) and virtual organizations, virtual enterprises, etc., will become the focus of management science and engineering research in the future. This conference will also conduct in-depth research on these aspects, hoping to further promote the economic development of enterprises and provide them for their development. more clear direction and guidance.

This is an open access book. 2023 3rd International Conference on Enterprise Management and Economic Development (ICEMED2023) will be held in Xi'an, China on May 12–14, 2023. Enterprise management is the general term for a series of functions such as organizing, planning, commanding, supervising and regulating the production and operation activities of enterprises. Relative to economic growth, economic development is the core concept of development economics. Economic development refers to the high-quality development of the economy, including quality and quantity, rather than merely the growth of quantity. Enterprise management covers economics, management, business management, financial management, human resource management and other aspects, and is a comprehensive interdisciplinary science that spans natural science, engineering science, technical science and humanities and social science. Enterprise management comes into being with the development of modern socialized mass production. The use of modern management means and methods to manage enterprises, ensure the survival and development of enterprises, and play a positive role in promoting economic development. ICEMED2023 will bring together experts and scholars from relevant fields to discuss the relationship between enterprise management and economic development. Reasonable enterprise management is an important way to promote the economic development of enterprises. Scientific and reasonable use of industrial and commercial enterprise management knowledge can reasonably carry out effective macro-control on the enterprise economy and ensure the stable progress and development of the enterprise economy.

The 3rd International Conference on Intelligent and Interactive Computing 2021 (IIC 2021) was held virtually at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Melaka, Malaysia, on 9 September 2021. The event was jointly organized by the Department of Interactive Media and Department of Intelligent Computing and Analytics, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), with the theme ‘Empowering the World with Intelligent and Immersive Computing towards Smart Solutions’. This open access e-proceedings contains a compilation of 38 selected papers from the IIC 2021. The technical committees received a great response for submissions from various area including computational intelligence, data analytics, robotics and automation, multimedia and immersive technologies, education 4.0 and others. We hope that this proceeding will serve as a valuable reference for researchers. The event has achieved its aim which is to gather academic scholars and industry practitioners to share valuable knowledge and expertise in related disciplines. Moreover, it is hoped that this conference has opened up opportunities to explore recent advancements and challenges on selected research discipline. As the editors-in-chief, we are grateful and would like to convey our sincerest gratitude to the fellow review members for their effort in reviewing the submitted papers for this proceeding. These proceedings represent the work of researchers participating in the 3rd International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship - ICIE 2015, which is being co-hosted by The University of KwaZulu Natal, Durban and the Ethekwini Municipality, Durban, South Africa on the 19-20 March 2015. The ICIE Conference constitutes a valuable platform for individuals to present their research findings, display their work in progress and discuss conceptual advances in many different branches of innovation and entrepreneurship in business and management. At the same time, it provides an important opportunity for researchers and managers to come together with peers, share knowledge and exchange ideas. ICIE builds on the now well established European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and allows universities outside the European Boundaries the opportunity to host an academic conference on these important topics. Following an initial submission of 85 abstracts that have undergone a double blind peer review process, 26 research papers, 3 PhD research papers, 2 work-in-progress papers are published in these Conference Proceedings, representing research results from the Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lithuania, Nigeria, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, The Netherlands, UK, USA and Zambia.
