The sound of a massive drum was the first thing I noticed, when Juliet and I stepped out of the compact car. Each time the confident student struck the drum, the students that were lined up in neat rows facing him would expertly stand at attention then relax into the at-ease stance. With their little heads locked in position to face forward, only their curious eyes darted to appraise us, as we walked past them in flowing salwars toward their principal who stood waiting to greet us. We were the invited guests to teach in their school. And it was very apparent by the radiant smiles on the poised faces of these well-mannered children that this was going to be a wonderful experience we would never forget. I glanced at Juliet and realized that she, too, was barely containing her own enthusiasm, and why not? What seventeen-year-old American girl gets to teach alongside her mother in India? Yes, India was our home for the next few weeks, and we were keenly aware with the sights, smells, and sounds that "home" would be different than what we were accustomed to. However, one blaring similarity remained: children are precious in His sight no matter which half of the globe they call home. Our goal was to convey that pivotal message to each student we had the privilege of serving here in this unfamiliar part of the world.

Is our life ruled by chance, and what about our afterlife? After a fall separates his body and spirit, Adam Glass finds himself drifting in a realm between life and death. While in a coma with little chance of survival, Adam is given the chance to live another life in another world. But there is only one problem: he doesn’t know who he is. Is he the lifeless body in the hospital or is he whatever form he finds himself in now? After Adam chooses to live another life so he can return to his soulmate, Mary, he must face several unexpected obstacles. As he receives guidance from his deceased friends, Adam can only hope their help will be enough to overcome the obstacles, and that his love for Mary will be enough to make him endure a different existence than he ever imagined. Penney Peirce—bestselling author and renowned intuitive and visionary—shows you how to trust and develop your intuition to an advanced degree. Intuition is the skill of the future, and it will absolutely give you an advantage in whatever you do. As the first book in Peirce’s groundbreaking Transformation series, The Intuitive Way shows how intuition is an innate human capacity that can easily be enhanced and developed. Synthesizing insights from psychology, East-West philosophy, religion, metaphysics, and business, this hands-on workbook in the tradition of Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way can teach anyone to achieve a heightened state of perceptual accuracy and apply it to daily life. Intuition, writes Penney Peirce, is “not the opposite of logic,” but rather “a comprehensive way of knowing life that includes both left-brain analytical thinking and right-brain direct-knowing states.” On a practical level, intuition helps you learn faster and make more inspired decisions. On a deeper level, it “is a powerful tool that can heal the painful split we all feel between our earthly, mundane selves and our divine, eternal selves.” Widely praised and highly popular, The Intuitive Way, with a foreword by Carol Adrienne, continues to bring Penney Peirce’s pioneering work to new generations of people who want a comprehensive course on this most valuable skill.

A beacon of light that stands at the brink of destruction. Time is running out; the balance of magic is changing; the land of the Dragons is being destroyed. The only way to stop it and restore order is to retrieve a staff of power kept deep within the snowbound lands of the Ice Dragon, a land in which even the bravest of Dragons fear to tread. Can he do it? All in one night?
