A Robust Single Valued Neutrosophic Soft Aggregation Operators In Multi Criteria Decision Making

Molodtsov originated soft set theory that was provided a general mathematical framework for handling with uncertainties in which we meet the data by affix parameterized factor during the information analysis as differentiated to fuzzy as well as neutrosophic set theory. The main object of this paper is to lay a foundation for providing a new approach of single-valued neutrosophic soft tool which is considering many problems that contain uncertainties.

In present study, a new aggregation operators of single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers have so far not yet been applied for ranking of the alternatives in decision-making problems.

Linguistic single-valued neutrosophic set (LSVNS) is a more reliable tool, which is designed to handle the uncertainties of the situations involving the qualitative data. In the present manuscript, we introduce some power aggregation operators (AOs) for the LSVNSs, whose purpose is to diminish the influence of inevitable arguments about the decision-making process.

This book addresses new concepts, methods, algorithms, modeling, and applications of green supply chain, inventory control problems, assignment problems, transportation problem, linear problems and new information related to optimization for the topic from the theoretical and applied viewpoints of neutrosophic sets and logic. The book is an innovatory of new tools and procedures, such as: Neutrosophic Statistical Tests and Dependent State Samplings, Neutrosophic Probabilistic Expert Systems, Neutrosophic HyperSoft Set, Quadripartitioned Neutrosophic Cross-Entropy, Octagonal and Spherical and Cubic Neutrosophic Numbers used in machine learning. It highlights the process of neutrosofication {which means to split the universe into three parts, two opposite ones (Truth and Falsehood), and an Indeterminate or neutral one (I) in between them}. It explains Three-Ways Decision, how the universe set is split into three different distinct areas, in regard to the decision process, representing: Acceptance, Noncommitment, and Rejection, respectively. The Three-Way Decision is used in the Neutrosophic Linguistic Rough Set, which has never been done before.

In this paper, the TODIM method is used to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem with unknown attribute weight in venture capital, and the decision information is given in the form of single-valued neutrosophic numbers. In order to consider the objectivity and subjectivity of decision-making problems reasonably, the optimal weight is obtained by combining subjective weights and objective weights.

Single-valued neutrosophic set (SVN) can valid depict the incompleteness, nondeterminacy and inconsistency of evaluation opinion, and the Power average (PA) operator can take into account the correlation of multiple discussed data. Meanwhile, Archimedean copula and co-copula (ACC) can signicant generate operational laws based upon diverse copulas.

In recent years, hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) and neutrosophic sets (NSs) have become a subject of great interest for researchers and have been widely applied to multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems.

Single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SVNHFS) is a combination of single-valued neutrosophic set and hesitant fuzzy set, and its aggregation tools play an important role in the multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) process.
