Variation Of The Finlay Method As Used In 1914, In SouthWestern Wisconsin. After a somewhat careful consideration of the zinc situation, it was decided to use the Finlay principles, as the basis for arriving at the valuations of the mines for assessment purposes. These principles had been applied with fairly satisfactory results to the copper mines of the Keweenawan peninsula, and to the iron mines of northern Wisconsin and Michigan.
