Agriculture Centric Computation

This book constitutes revised selected papers from the First International Conference on Agriculture-Centric Computation, ICA 2023, held in Chandigarh, India, in May 2023. The 18 papers were thoroughly reviewed and selected from the 52 submissions. They examine how computing disciplines such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), remote sensing, robotics, and drones can be applied to agriculture to address some of the biggest challenges facing the industry today, including climate change, food security, and environmental sustainability.

The two volumes IFIP AICT 478 and 479 constitute the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 9th IFIP WG 5.14 International Conference on Computer and Computing Technologies in Agriculture, CCTA 2015, held in Beijing, China, in September 2015. The 122 revised papers included in this volume were carefully selected from 237 submissions. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th IFIP TC 9 International Conference on Human Choice and Computers, HCC14 2020, which was supposed take place in Tokyo, Japan, in September 2020, but the conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis. The 31 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 55 submissions. The papers deal with the constantly evolving intimate relationship between humans and technology.
