Kurata and Mr. C. M. Mottley. The party was engaged in a studyof the trout of that region under the Biological Board of Canada, and in collecting natural history material for the Royal Ontario Museum of Zoology. Such time as was available to the writer from other duties was devoted to the search for amphibians and reptiles.
