Butler, Klotz and L. B. Stewart were appointed a Committee to bring before His Excellency the governor-general the matter of topographical survey. Carried. Mr. Sankey, Chairman of Council of Management, presented the Report of the secretary-treasurer and Financial Statement; and on motion of Mr. Sankey, seconded by Mr. Niven, the Financial Statement was submitted to the Auditors.
