When writing about zombies for the APOCalypse 2500 core books it became clear to me that I had way too much to say about zombies and the different types that could exist in a magical high tech world. Therefore I decided to create an entire reference volume to help game masters to use and understand the many variations of the zombie theme. Such ideas led to the creation of a new vocation, weapons, and many weird mutations of the original zombie idea. Finding plague victims inside their compound, survivors of the zombie apocalypse suspect that the zombie plague has mutated and is being spread by spores emitted by infected flesh-eating ghouls.
