What is my purpose? Why am I here? What is my destiny? How do I know? Everyone I know has contemplated these questions at one time or another. Pope John XXIII called the Second Vatican Council so that the Church's doctrine might be "more widely known, more deeply understood, and more penetrating in its effects." Physical healing and delivery from mental and emotional torment are impossible through our own power but not improbable with God. God is in the healing business, and business is good.
