The exhibits, tables and statements fully. Present and explain the condition of all funds and the operations of this department during the period named. I have also submitted for your consideration a few amend ments to existing laws, the enactment of which we believe would redound' to the advantage of the State and materially assist this department in the economical administration of the subject matters embraced in said laws.
