Classical Analysis Proceedings Of 6th Symposium

This volume presents the results and problems in several complex variables especially L2-methods, Riemannian and Hermitian geometry, spectral theory in Hilbert space, probability and applications in mathematical physics. Particular consideration is given to the interrelation of ideas from different areas.

This book covers different aspects of real-world applications of optimization algorithms. It provides insights from the Sixth International Conference on Harmony Search, Soft Computing and Applications held at Istanbul University, Turkey, in July 2020. Harmony Search (HS) is one of the most popular metaheuristic algorithms, developed in 2001 by Prof. Joong Hoon Kim and Prof. Zong Woo Geem, that mimics the improvisation process of jazz musicians to seek the best harmony. The book consists of research articles on novel and newly proposed optimization algorithms; the theoretical study of nature-inspired optimization algorithms; numerically established results of nature-inspired optimization algorithms; and real-world applications of optimization algorithms and synthetic benchmarking of optimization algorithms.

This book is a collection of original papers on microlocal analysis, Fourier analysis in the complex domain, generalized functions and related topics. Most of the papers originate from the talks given at the conference ?Prospects of Generalized Functions? (in November, 2001 at RIMS, Kyoto). Reflecting the fact that the papers, except M Morimoto's one, are dedicated to Mitsuo Morimoto, the subjects considered in this book are interdisciplinary, just as Morimoto's works are. The historical backgrounds of the subjects are also discussed in depth in some contributions. Thus, this book should be valuable not only to the specialists in the fields, but also to those who are interested in the history of modern mathematics such as distributions and hyperfunctions.

“This is the second in a series of three volumes of proceedings of the 23rd Pacific Basin Nuclear Conference (PBNC 2022) which was held by Chinese Nuclear Society.
