Wisdom is ignorance in an unwise society. Contentment is a state of soul which material possessions or achievements can not provide how great they may be. A loving heart is essential and only eligibility to have faith in the God. Those who do not qualify need not seek it in books or prayers. Wisdom is ability and ignorance inability to acknowledge and accept the truth. Religions consist of allowed or not allowed and not necessarily good or truth while faith in the God naturally recognizes universal good and truth. Who so ever seeks finds the God but religions deny this inborn equal right of humans and each one of them claims to be an exclusive permit holder. Unlike religions faith in the God is neither a heritage nor an inheritance. Free your thoughts and you are, "Out of religion". Meditate on universe and nature and you are, "In spirituality". Mostly people are inclined to believe what they like to believe and are not inclined to believe what they do not like to believe. This is also bigotry.

During his 2009 inaugural speech, President Obama described the United States as a nation of "Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus--and nonbelievers." It was the first time an American president had acknowledged the existence of this rapidly growing segment of the population in such a public forum. Religion is an essential part of our humanity. We all follow some form of religion, in the original meaning of the word. But organized religion establishes definitions, boundaries and hierarchies which the founders would be amazed by. This is perhaps more true of Christianity than most other religions, due to the short life of Jesus, his sudden death, the lack of any contemporary records. His teaching about the kingdom of God is great; it could see us through our time on earth. But his followers watered it down and soon lost it altogether. It became a kingdom in heaven for the few, rather than one here and now for everyone. The Church, or Churches, that resulted became increasingly irrelevant, even a hindrance, to seeing it realized. Many will always find security and truth in the traditions that developed, and good for them. But for those who can't, for those who have given up on religion or never thought it worth considering, the original teachings are worth another look. If we could recover them and live by them, we could change ourselves and the world for the better. We could bring God up to date.
