Urban Ethics under Conditions of Crisis investigates the states of urban planning, architectural design, sustainability, landscape architecture, and engineering, and examines their correlation with social attitudes and dispositions that can impact on socio-cultural and political engagement internationally in conditions of crisis. The theme of the book emphasizes the need to acknowledge the controversial character of contemporary social life under critical social conditions, in correlation with urban space. Cities such as Berlin are faced with new architectural and urban planning challenges, not only on account of their constant growth, but also because of changing ways of life. This book includes the refereed Selected Papers of the 20th International Conference on Computer-Aided Architectural Design. INTERCONNECTIONS: Co-computing Beyond Boundaries, CAAD Futures 2023, held in Delft, The Netherlands, in July 5–7, 2023. The 43 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 144 submissions.
