Gobbledygook A Lance Leftfoot Adventure Part 6

The Lance Leftfoot Series continues... Lance and his crazy kid-Mom had said goodbye to the Boogerman, Mr. Knob. As you have probably read in Boogers! Part 5 of the Lance Leftfoot Series by Lizzy Duckpond, poor Mr. Knob is a man with serious booger issues. After a gross and yucky encounter with Mr. Knob and his snot-slinging, they bid the mucus man farewell and continued up the mountain. The rain had stopped and all was well ... until the sound of a swish-swish, cloppity-clop disturbed them both! Frightened beyond their wits, the two waited with bated breath. They were all alone on top of a deserted mountain where bandits were known to roam. Much to their relief, the swish-swish sound belonged to a very familiar face, their neighbor Miss Sing. A Hushperer of such soft-talking dimensions that no one has heard her speak - EVER. Miss Sing falls in with the other two. Together, the three continue on their quest to find their lost dog, William Wallace, The Scottish Terrier, the lion, and Mom's 'it'. Mr.s Leftfoot had lost her 'it' in the park one morning when she saw a lion with a lion's tooth necklace dangling down its neck. She plumb lost 'it' and turned into a kid. Making their way further up the mountain! And that's when it happened. A cacophony of gobbledygook and gibberish reached their ears, almost throwing them off balance! What could be the source of such a cacophony? You would not believe your ears if you knew the curious character they're about to meet. Strange beyond belief! Get ready for a most peculiar twist!

The Lance Leftfoot Series continues... There they were in a maze made of stone. Strange statues lined the maze wall adding to the eeriness of it all. The stone walls were dotted with curious statues carved from stone. A hollow clanging sound echoed through the maze. As if hypnotized, they followed the echo of clangings. The sound grew louder and louder still until it was upon them. There bent over a stone slab was the most crooked man you've ever seen in your life! Ever! One final and most curious encounter awaits our four travelers before they can head down the mountain. You would not believe your ears if you knew the curious character they're about to meet. Strange beyond belief!

All's well that ends well. Lance Leftfoot is home! Mom has found her 'it' and is back in regular Mom-mode. A big birthday bash marks the end of their eventful and hilarious adventure, bringing old friends, odd characters, and new friends together.

After going bonkers in the park one morning, Lance Leftfoot's mother had turned into a kid. Having your mother turn into a kid is no joke. Poor Lance. He has been stuck on the mountain with his mother for two days desperately following the trail of their runaway dog. William Wallace, the black Scottish terrier, had run off into the mountains. It was all his mother's fault - she turned into a kid, she egged William Wallace on and here they were stuck in the mountains! They had said goodbye to Percy, the man who speaks only upside-down gobbledygook and gibberish. Now, here they were with a talking box at their feet! The box directs them up the hill where a mindbogglingly colorful Winnebago stood. And there, huffing and puffing was a lady. A running and staying lady with bright yellow hair and a shocking pink outfit. The lady ran and stayed, muttering, "Maybe. Maybe Not." Stuck in the maybes was the lady. Desperate to be of service Lance offers idea upon idea ... "Get stinky feet! My friend Stink E. Pete had sad feet," explained Lance. "His feet were so sad and lonely that Stink E. Pete never took his shoes off." Another brilliant idea popped into our maybe hero's head. Excited, he ran alongside, "You need ironic air bubbles! That's the answer to your running and staying problems!" cried Lance. Nothing helped, the lady ran and she stayed. So they said their goodbyes and continued up the mountain.
