Have you ever begun to notice seemingly random events in your life that, at some point, came together in your mind in the form of a story that yearned to be shared? The author has had many such thoughts throughout his sixty-five years but never lifted a pen. That is, until his daughter forcibly encouraged him to start writing. "Daddy!" she screamed into the phone. "I don't want something to happen to you before your grandchildren have a chance to read or hear your stories." Throughout God Left Footprints on My Heart, the author encourages the reader to begin the process of doing the same for their grandchildren. Too many of these stories throughout the ages have been lost to the graveyards of regret, having never been shared. These life occurrences are not random, for God, the author of all things, is not a random God.

When doors are opened during our life’s journey, God has a plan for each one of us. When your life’s journey is finished, you will have experienced a full circle from childhood to many years later. Everyone you meet during your life’s circle is a learning experience for you and them. Be aware and be ready when to move on to an opening that God has planned for you to use your skills. These experiences are for your own personal growth with more knowledge for your next experience. The stories that are in this book are my doors being opened and closed as God was sending me to care for these patients who were being mistreated. I gave my patients the commitment of honesty, integrity, and my skills until God decided to move them on to be with Him. When a door is closed, it is time to move on to a door that God has opened for me to protect and care for another patient. These patients that I am sharing with you were instrumental in my life for a period of thirty years. I was not able to have conversations with the senility or traumatized patients from strokes. Our communications consisted of one word of response such as a yes or no, if I could hear it. I learned to be perceptive of their needs and with our own form of communication. The stories that are in this book are my doors being opened and closed as God was sending me to care for another patients who were being neglected. I was to protect and care for another patient. Should you recognize any of these stories or experiences that I have described, or they appear to be a familiar scenario, the names have been changed to protect the patients, the families, the care givers, and any others that were involved. God sent me on these journeys for all of us to benefit and know He is in control at all times. This book is dedicated to my patients, who were victimized by selfish, greedy, uncaring family members and friends. The comradery I had with these patients who appreciated my protection and care have left their “footprints in my heart” forever.

God says: “The 21st century belongs to the one-world-family centred on me, its Creator. My prophecy of a new heaven and a new earth was written down in the books of many religions. I, God, revealed to the author that the new heaven represents the realization of my will. Once this happens, I will be a visible God for mankind. When the prophecy talks about a 'New Earth', it stands for the time when the earth will be populated with my loved ones who truly belong to me, their Creator. Therefore, it is now time to establish my Kingdom, the Kingdom of God, wherein all people, every one of them, have a living relationship with me.” This was spoken directly to humanity by the Creator of all creations. This book will reveal many secrets about God‘s heart and help each person to grow in the love of God.

How did a small-town girl from Texas grow up to travel to twenty-five nations by prayer and God's interventions? How did she have the courage, strength, and determination to risk everything, even her life, to carry Bibles and the salvation message to places even some men would not go? Destiny Waited and Courage Roared tells how this gutsy woman's faith and bulldog tenacity faced life-threatening adventures as she smuggled Bibles into lands where God's Word is often forbidden. This is not the typical missionary or evangelistic book, for it contains common-sense, Biblical teachings and riveting stories of narrow escapes and emotional salvation experiences. Dale Davis's extraordinary relationship with her Father God will inspire you to engage in your own journey with God, explore new cultures, and reach the world in obedience to His calling on your life. Her stories may cause you to cry and laugh, but they will certainly have you in awe at how God and Dale teamed together to conquer seemingly impossible situations. Destiny Waited and Courage Roared uniquely reaches people of all ages with real stories that need no embellishment and that educate, evangelize, and entertain, which are key marks of Dale's ministry. Over her forty years of serving God, Dale has taught in Christian education, led youth and children's ministries, directed outreach and street ministries, performed and taught theatrical clowning, and attended Bible school in La Marque, Texas. Dale is available for booking engagements including teaching seminars on evangelism, using drama to teach the Bible, presenting motivational messages, and speaking to women's groups about overcoming pain and sorrow. She also leads mission tours and looks forward to meeting you in person at one of her presentations. Contact Dale through her website daledavisministries.com or her blog or by e-mailing her at [email protected].
