Jason Buntings life was changed forever the day he was in a severe car accident, but not in the way most would imagine. His life was changed for the better that day, because his brush with death gave his life a new urgency and meaning. Aware now of how precious each day on this earth is, he began to explore his creative side. These are poems written to express my emotional state during different parts of my life as I grew upwhen I loved, lost, rejoiced, or was saddened by what was in my path of life.

In my way of my heart, I thought that this would be the time to show the way I love poetry so much, so I decided to write an all-poetry book with love sonnets. This book expresses my love that I have inside of me. The love that I want to give and have. Some are dark, inspiring, funny, and memorable. I speak in the words that my heart felt and that my mind could express. Some poems are even fictional but all from my heart. So please let this book touch your heart, like my heart felt when she poured out.

This book is the 2nd book Cheryl has published, "Poems From The Heart, Mind & Soul" was her 1st book which she published in 2017, She has received positive reviews on this book and has lead to her pursuing her aspirations. This book expresses her thoughts and feelings throughout the year 2018.

My poems are about a lot of things I have experienced. There are different types of poems. Almost all of them are from the heart. The way I have felt about certain things and the life that I have lived. About the way I have felt about certain things during my life. I hope that my poems will help somebody and touch them. My poems mean so much to me, and hopefully, they will mean something to someone else. The poems that I write come straight from the heart. It’s just the way I feel about a lot of things.
