His Undeniable Presence

Certain events in our lives could get our attention in a way that we are unable to look beyond them. Finding the inner strength to push past our current circumstances, would allow us to see that they function as mile markers on the road to our God ordained destiny. Perhaps you are dealing with a storm in your life that overwhelms you - financial difficulty, failing business, marriage, children, aging parents, health; whatever, the challenge may be, know that God is with you and that this trial is part of his larger plan. Having gone through a season of financial hardship, I found myself in a place that I never expected to be after doing all the right things such as planning, tithing, saving, investing and sowing liberally. Thinking that I did something wrong, I tried everything humanly possible to solve this conundrum, but nothing worked. I wondered if God had forsaken me and if so, why. But in the moments when I was at my lowest financially, emotionally and quite frankly felt like giving up, God would reveal himself through a nudge from the Holy Spirit, often through a scripture, a song, closing a deal unexpectedly or some form of reminder that he is with me. His Undeniable Presence chronicles some of the times God's presence was manifested in the eye of my storm, my darkest moments. It covers three stages of the journey, from the valley to guidance to restoration. The devotional messages would inspire and give you hope and courage to endure the challenges you may be facing.

Tom Sizemore is a well-known American actor who has been in the entertainment industry for over three decades. When the Eternal Can Be Met excavates the philosophy behind the theology of the twentieth century's most prominent Christian writers: C. S. Lewis, T. S. Eliot, and W. H. Auden. These three literary giants converted to Christianity within little more than a decade of one another, and interestingly, all three theological authors turned to the theme of time. All three authors also came to remarkably similar conclusions about time, positing that the temporal present moment allowed one to meet the eternal. Decades before Lewis, Eliot, and Auden sought to creatively construct a fictive or poetic theology of time, the prominent philosopher Henri Bergson wrote about time's power to transform an individual's emotional and spiritual state, a theory well known by Lewis, Eliot, and Auden. When the Eternal Can Be Met argues that one cannot fully understand Lewis, Eliot, and Auden's theology of time without understanding Bergson's theories. From the secular philosophy of Bergson dawned the most important works of literary theology and treatments of time of the twentieth century, and in the Bergson-influenced literary constructs of Lewis, Eliot, and Auden, a common theological articulation sounds out--time present is where humans meet God.

From beyond the boundaries of infinity and the vastness of immortal consciousness, a prophecy had been conceived within the majestic expanse of the unbound universe. However, in the aftermath of Demonno's reign of terror, he continues his contaminated trail of destruction and will stop at absolutely nothing to finish what he has started and destroy all Mystiques, along with anything or anyone, who is unfortunate enough to cross his path. Samantha must stop this insane beast of hatred and rage and save humankind not only from themselves but Demonno as well. Samantha must find the strength within to carry the Mystique and humankind alike into a new age and a new millennium, because a new time and existence is about to begin. What is life? Life is the decisions we choose to make woven among our destiny and, in the end, all is as it should be.
