Hope Four Week Mini Bible Study

In this four week mini Bible study we will explore what hope looks like. In 1 Corinthians 13:13 it says that faith, hope, and love last forever and are eternal. Hope can be difficult to look forward to when we are faced with the trials of life. This Bible study will take the author's own journey through a hope crisis and turn it into a story that brings hope and healing to those who participate in this study. The author will take the reader on a journey through a devotional, and provide life application questions designed for reflection and journaling each week. Every week there is a memory verse with activities to help the reader further study and understand what God's Word says about hope. There are also discussion questions provided for further study of the memory verse within a group setting. The purpose of this study will be to shift our focus from the despair and hopelessness that life often brings, and refocus our thoughts and perspective to the eternal hope that we have in Jesus

In this four week mini Bible Study you will examine your faith and what it means to have faith in God.He said to them, "Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there, ' and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you." Matthew 17:20Our faith begins with what we know and believe about God. Our faith will carry us how far we are willing to let it take us. Faith is a choice and we need to begin by choosing to believe in Jesus and His power to move mountains, heal the sick, and save us from all our sins through His sacrifice on the cross.When we believe in God we then learn to walk in faith and trust God. But first we must believe, and it's up to us, we can either choose to believe in Him or not. But faith will mean nothing until we believe with all our heart that God is who He says He is

The things we treasure will always define who we are and what we do with our life; however, we need to look deep into our heart and find the fear that is stopping us from having complete faith in God, especially when it comes to our finances.Sometimes our treasures are our wishes, and indulging thoughts on our hopes and dreams. But when our heart is with God we learn to direct our treasures to the eternal future and life of those around us.Through our endurance and sacrifices we begin to store our treasures in heaven instead of here on earth. In this four-week mini Bible study you will learn the importance of using your blessings to bless others, and how to overcome the fear that is holding you back from having the faith to seek God's Kingdom first.

Let's explore the gift of friendship- what a devoted friendship looks like, how to handle the waiting period, and how to deepen current, valued friendships. If you are in a season where you find yourself light on friends, I want this study to be an encouragement that this season will have an expiration date. If you are in a place where you feel you have many friends, I hope you can use this study to evaluate the depth and purpose of those friendships. It may spur you to take risks to deepen some already beautiful friendships. It may also help you see that there are some unhealthy ties that may need to be prayed over and potentially ended. Finally, if you have friendships that are deep, but you tend to pull away when you are confronted, I hope you will see the value that lies before you. I pray that you will endure uncomfortable conversations with deep friends (that you know have your best interests at heart) in order to grow in friendship and as a daughter of the King.
