Topical outlines are given for 4 different 30-hour courses for 3 categories of students: non-majors having little-to-no science background; technical majors; and professional majors; (2 outlines) in nutrition, food science, dietetics, food technology, premedical, or biology. Additional guidance is provided for: selecting various nutrition education methods; types of assignments for students; continual evaluation of student dietary habits; and detailed activities and key points for specific, important nutrition topics for each of the 30 chapters of the textbook.
