An epic horror-action-adventure! Once there was a mighty bloodline of heroes: the Joestars. In the 1880s, Englishman Jonathan Joestar gave his life to defeat Dio, a megalomaniacal vampire. Now, 100 years later, Dio is back, and Jonathan's descendants must travel to Egypt to destroy their ancestral enemy once and for all. Pursued by the deadly treads of "Wheel of Fortune," the heroes cross from India to Pakistan, where they spend the night in an ancient, fog-shrouded town. But little do they know that they have walked into the hands of their enemy...the twin right hands of Enyaba Geil, who wants bloody revenge on the men who killed her son! Invaded by Enyaba's stand "Justice," the heroes' own bodies turn against them, while an army of zombies slouches closer. Will they escape...or will they be dead by dawn?

/head Once upon a time there was a little girl called Alexandra who asked her daddy, “Daddy, please tell me a stoooweee”. Well this is my story on how I created thousands of children stories. These stories come from a world where animals of all kinds all talk and learn, like children, about life. Around the age of three my daughter got tired of me reading little kiddy stories and asked me “Daddy, please tell me a stoooweee”. So every night I would make up a new short story. One day, when she was 7 years old, I decided to tape these stories so she could hear them over and over. Well that went on for 7 more years with over 110 hours and over 3,000 stories. There are so many stories that I will have to write many more volumes. So here we are, the first book is published and now kids all over the world can enjoy them as my daughter did for many years. The time you spend with your child is most rewarding. Never get tired of loving, kissing and hugging them, no matter how old they get. Please view the book website by Clicking here. Theorists emphasize the necessity of writing about—or witnessing—trauma in order to overcome it. To this critical conversation, Reading Testimony, Witnessing Trauma: Confronting Race, Gender, and Violence in American Literature treats reader response to traumatic and testimonial literature written by and about African American women and adds insight into the engagement of testimonial literature. Eden Wales Freedman articulates a theory of reading (or dual-witnessing) that explores how narrators and readers can witness trauma together. She places these original theories of traumatic reception in conversation with the African American literary tradition to speak to the histories, cultures, and traumas of African Americans, particularly the repercussions of slavery, as witnessed in African American literature. The volume also considers intersections of race and gender and how narrators and readers can cross such constructs to witness collectively. Reading Testimony, Witnessing Trauma’s innovative examinations of raced-gendered intersections open and speak with those works that promote dual-witnessing through the fraught (literary) histories of race and gender relations in America. To explicate how dual-witnessing converses with American literature, race theory, and gender criticism, the book analyzes emancipatory narratives by Sojourner Truth, Harriet Jacobs, and Elizabeth Keckley and novels by William Faulkner, Zora Neale Hurston, Margaret Walker, Toni Morrison, and Jesmyn Ward.

A cute and fun easy-to-follow children’s book. I love the fun rhymes along with the education about deafness, and especially the addition of sign language. — Rikki Poynter, Content Creator, Writer, Accessibility Consultant & Public Speaker This book would be perfect for a child that is just a little different… or who has a classmate or friend who is. — Jamie Jack, Goodreads Looking for a picture book about microtia? A sweet and gentle way to introduce disability and diversity to children? Jojo's Tiny Ear is charming, hand-illustrated book for kids that tells the story of the author's son, Jojo, and his hearing disability. Jojo is a happy boy who loves fireworks, the zoo, swings, and trucks! He was also born with a hearing disability. In this inspiring, child-friendly kid's book about hearing disability, written by his mother, Jojo will tell you all about his favorite things. He'll also answer your questions about his tiny ear and show you that his disability doesn't stop him from enjoying his life! Author and illustrator Stefania Munzi-Logus writes lovingly, but informatively, about her son, his condition, and how to communicate with people with hearing disabilities. "Be proud of what makes you, you. We all thrive with our own technique. You are valuable too. The world is more beautiful when we are all unique." This is a picture book about microtia. But the real message for kids and parents alike is that differences are ok and that everybody is a little bit different!

After a grueling escape north, Belle Palmer is free, yet lost and alone. Separated from her father on the harrowing journey, Belle has nowhere to turn until she finds shelter with the Bests, the first free family she's ever known. For the first time in her sixteen years, Belle is able to express herself freely—except where her feelings for a certain dark-eyed young man are concerned. Daniel Best is headed for great things. Educated and handsome, at eighteen he is full of the promise and dreams of his people, and is engaged to the prettiest (if the most spoiled) girl around. So when a bedraggled stranger arrives in his household and turns into a vibrant, lovely young woman, his attraction to her catches him entirely by surprise. While Belle is determined to deny her feelings for him, Daniel is caught between his conscience and his infatuation with her. That the two belong together is undeniable, but that it could ever happen seems impossible.
