The New Testament tells us that "one" man named Jesus was crucified betrayed by "one" man named Judas Iscariot, history tells a different story. It was the nation of Judea that was crucified, betrayed by a small band of Jewish Zealots that engaged in all manner of rebellious terror and murder against Roman soldiers as well as against their own people in order to provoke war with Rome. Rome did not tolerate sedition and rooted it out wherever it found it, often with dire consequences for many that lived in the towns that the Zealots imbedded themselves. When Titus' (a future Roman Emperor) failed at his many attempts for a peace treaty between Rome and the Zealots, his tolerance for compromise ended; and he unleashed hell itself on the people of Jerusalem.

From the Bible will prove that Judas was humiliated and crucified, Jesus wanted to evade capture as being caught meant he was a false mesiah, so this final test and biggest challenge of his ministry was to prove to the jews that God is indeed supporting him and that God will save him, after all Jesus begged God to save him . Saten inspired Judas to betray Jesus NOT Gods Plan . The Jews convinced the Romans to be on their side and hence becoming one big force along with Judas, meanwhile Jesus orders his diciples to sell what they got and buy swords, then Jesus begs God for help, many prophesies from Old Testament showing the concept of the one who plans a hole for another he will suffer the same consequences, it was prophesied God will save Jesus and punish Judas .God saves Jesus and takes him up to himself, Judas is miraculously made to look like Jesus when the soldiers came to arrest Jesus, instead they bound Judas humiliated and killed him, Judas kept denying he was jesus but everyone just laughed and mocked him, fully believing he was Jesus as he looked exactly like him even though he was talking gibberish, Jesus returns after 3 day's reassures his mother and companions and promises to return at a appointed time which only God knows, but gave prophesies of what would happen before he comes .This reserch of the last 20 years without doubt proves from only bible verses the story which has been relayed to you, shocking but true, as the Jews believed they killed him, confirming to them he was a false mesiah, hence they still waiting for their mesiah, which when he comes will be the false mesiah the anti Christ, but he will have great power ( given by God) which will blind the Jews to the truth this will be a big test for the Jews and humanity as the false antichrist will do many miracles and have so much power on the earth and most will follow him, ( except the ones who know that Jesus was the true Msaiah and this one is the false one .The Christians got blinded by the lies of Paul who destroyed Jesus message and example, this book exposes Paul all from the Bible, this book will also prove Judas did not hang himself and everything will be proven using Bible clear cut verses, it's a must read for your faith and your salvation and true belief and love for Jesus Christ the MesiahThis leaves us with a shattered belief that Jesus did NOT die for our sins rather God almighty will judge each human according to their good or bad deeds, God can ultimately forgive a prostitute enter her into heaven or send a bishop or priest to hell for one wrong thing they did, God alone will be the Judge when the earth ends and we believe if we have the right faith in God that he alone is deserving of all the Glory and worship and that Jesus Christ was a word from God to guide the Jewish people on the straight path and he will return and he will denounce all those who claimed he was God .21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord, ' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'24 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.26 "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."

An historical research into the life and death of Jesus Christ as described in the Christian Holy Bible. Examines early Gnostic, Jewish, Roman, Greek, Syrian and Christian historical sources, to give a near-comprehensive analysis of the subject, resulting in a genuine fresh look into the well studied topic. A meticulous review is made of what Josephus wrote about Jesus through critical analysis demonstrating why he must have written it. A similar examination is made of the Gnostic writings especially the Nag Hammadi gospel of Thomas, resulting in textual proof he wrote it after the Bible's gospels. The book should prove of great interest to those studying or reading the New Testament as it includes a summarised history of the Faith spanning from the present day to the first century, the origins of present day scepticism, introduction into manuscript preservation, and a glossary of theological terms and early Christian controversies.

The book is an anthropological study of a phenomenon observed within the range of contemporary Polish Catholic religiosity. The Crucified focuses on two fundamental issues: passion plays and performance theory. It presents an analysis of material collected during five years of field research, which sheds light on the varied world of religious performances. The phenomenon of passion plays is extremely complex and to some extent heterogeneous, hence its in-depth analysis reveals much not only about its own nature, but also about the entire modern religiosity. As a result, the book is constructed in such a way as to focus on a single phenomenon, but with conclusions extending to a much wider range of contemporary religious practices. The book reveals the need for self-expression of one’s own attitudes observable in contemporary spirituality, as well as the increasing participation of believers in the development of their religious life and thus in the formation of their own religious identity. All these processes are interpreted in terms of performance theory. Applying this approach makes it possible to capture the believers’ need for activity and creativity in the field of practices alternative to the liturgy.

This best-selling book is certain to remain in the forefront of Gospel exegesis for years to come. In it, Father Brown treats the Gospels, written thirty to sixty years after the life of Christ, as reflecting considerate theological and dramatic development and not simply as literal accounts of a historical event.

In his history of the Jewish nation, Josephus wrote only of the death of Jesus, not mentioning one detail of his life. In contrast, the life of Judas the Galilean was chronicled from his temple cleansing to his grandson's suicide at Masada. Yet, Josephus did not tell us how Judas died. Is it possible that Judas and Jesus are the same person? Just a few of the similarities are listed below. Both Judas and Jesus cleansed the Temple in Jerusalem. Like Jesus, Judas was anointed King or Messiah by his followers in Galilee. The organizations of the teachers were identical. The second-in-command to Jesus was nicknamed Cephas. Josephus called Judas' second, Sadduc. Barabbas was released in the trial of Jesus during the reign of Pilate. Judas was arrested by Herod the Great and later released to the Jewish crowd. Jesus was interrogated by Annas and later crucified because of his stand against Roman taxation. Judas led the tax revolt against Roman taxation in 6 AD. Annas became High Priest in 7 AD.
