It's the 100th meeting of the Justice League of America! But the celebrations are cut short when the JSA of Earth-Two send out a call for help! Both teams must find and recruit the members of the only group of heroes capable of standing against the new threat: the Seven Soldiers of Victory!

As the non-fallen members of both the Justice League and Justice Society regroup to fight Creator2, the JSA decides to use magic vs. Creator2's science in order to defeat him!

After the JLA learn of the JSA's crisis from Red Tornado, they leave to aid them vs. Aquarius. Meanwhile, both Fate and Green Lantern's energies begin to wane inside their bubble!

An amoeba-like creature named Neverwas accidentally transports himself to the present where he inadvertently causes trouble; he sends Superman into the distant past when the sun was red.
