Initiée par les travaux de Freud, la prise en charge des troubles de la vie sexuelle a conquis son statut de discipline fondamentale plus récemment par la mise en place de procédés thérapeutiques fi ables issus des travaux de Masters et Johnson. Les méthodes corporelles, qui ont permis d'accompagner la souffrance de couple devant une « impuissance » ou une « frigidité », rencontrent leurs limites face aux troubles organiques authentiques qui s'opposent au bon fonctionnement de ce que l'on peut appeler les « organes de l'amour ». Mais si ces causes organiques, trop longtemps ignorées par la médecine, peuvent être explorées et reconnues, et bénéficier de traitements adaptés, la thérapeutique sexologique demeure nécessaire tant est complexe l'abord de la sexualité. Les auteurs analysent successivement les bases neurophysiologiques et neuropsychologiques de la sexualité humaine, avant de décrire la chimie des dysfonctions sexuelles chez l'homme et la femme. The author considers the fundamental lemma for twisted endoscopy, for the units of Hecke algebras only. He proves that it is true if two other lemmas are true: the fundamental lemma for Lie algebras (and non-twisted endoscopy) and another lemma called "non-standard fundamental lemma". This lemma assert equality between stable orbital integrals on the Lie algebras of two groups as a symplectic group and an odd special orthogonal group of the same rank. A similar result is proved fortransfer conjecture.
