Scientists and engineers are working constantly to develop and improve the materials, machines and vehicles that are part of all our daily lives, and keeping abreast of advances in these fields is important to all those engaged in such efforts. This book presents the proceedings of NMMVE 2023, the 2nd International Conference on New Materials, Machinery, and Vehicle Engineering, held in Guiyang, China, from 2 - 4 June 2023. The conference brings together researchers, academics, and industrial professionals from around the world to discuss the latest advancements in the fields of new materials, machinery, and vehicle engineering. A total of 149 submissions were received for presentation at the conference, of which 57 were ultimately accepted after a rigorous three-part single blind review process. A wide variety of topics is covered in the papers, which are divided into 3 categories: machinery, new materials, and vehicle engineering. The book provides a valuable overview of the latest developments and breakthroughs, and will be of interest to all researchers and professionals working in the fields of new materials, machinery, and vehicle engineering.

New materials are constantly being developed which may improve or transform many aspects of our lives, and nowhere is this more exciting than in the fields of vehicle and machinery technology. This book presents the proceedings of the 2022 International Conference on New Materials, Machinery and Vehicle Engineering (NMMVE 2022), held as a virtual event due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, from 18 - 20 March 2022. NMMVE 2022 provides an international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances, new techniques, and applications in the fields of new materials, machinery and vehicle engineering, and attracts academics, scientists, engineers, postgraduates, and other professionals from a wide range of universities and institutions. A total of 121 submissions were received, from which 48 were accepted for inclusion in the conference and proceeding after a rigorous, standard single-blind reviewing process. The papers are grouped into 3 sections: machinery (30 papers); new materials (11 papers); and vehicle engineering (7 papers). Providing an overview of the latest developments in these fields, the book will be of interest to all those wishing to know more about new materials and machine and vehicle engineering.

This book presents the selected proceedings of MMSE2023, the 9th International Conference on Advances in Machinery, Materials Science and Engineering Applications, jointly organized by the SAE-Supmeca, France and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and held on 22 and 23 July 2023 in Wuhan, China. Simple problems have become rare in today’s technologically advanced world. Problems are typically much more complex, and solving them requires integrative knowledge from several disciplines.
