Section 6.14.3 of the Pandemic Influenza Preparedness (PIP) Framework established an annual Partnership Contribution (PC) to be paid by influenza vaccine, diagnostic and pharmaceutical manufacturers using the WHO global influenza surveillance and response system (GISRS).
