Theoretical arguments associate labor migration and regional innovation capacity are based on technological innovation and knowledge diffusion that stimulate productivity increase in firms, institutions and regions. Labor mobility may contribute efficiently in the knowledge spillover and diffusion and because migrants can utilizes the knowledge and skill they gain from parental institutions which exploit in the host country.
