Practical Interpretations and Applications of Electrical Code Rules Our Canadian Electrical Code is divided into five parts as follows: Part 1 This is most familiar to us because it is the set of Rules we are required to apply daily in all our electrical work. This is the standard normally adopted in part or in whole by the provincial authority in each province.
