This year’s ICEHUM 2022 was held online and onsite on 26 November 2022. The theme of this conference is “Leading and Being Sustainable in the COVID-19 New Normal“. This conference aspires to bring to light new standards, models, and reference guides that will help humanity rise above the challenges of COVID-19, leading men and women to embrace the new normal, no longer uncertain but living a sustainable existence.

This is an open access book. The International Conference on Education, Humanities, and Social Science (ICEHoS) is an activity in the form of an international conference by presenting new studies and research results in the fields of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program is the organizer of this international conference. ICEHoS is the second conference held by us and will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 Pandemic which has not shown a better situation.The 2nd ICEHoS 2022 conference is expected to be able to bring together national and international scale researchers, academics, practitioners, students, and community and industry activists in our chosen fields. This is an open access book.The 2nd International Conference on Humanities, Wisdom Education and Service Management(HWESM 2023)will be held in Shanghai, China from March 10 to 12, 2023. The purpose of the conference is to provide an international platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technicians, and technical R&D personnel engaged in related fields such as "humanities", "wisdom education" and "service management", to share scientific research results, broaden research ideas, collide with new ideas, and strengthen academic research, and to explore the key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field, and promote the industrialization cooperation of academic achievements. International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health and Agriculture (ICEHHA) is an annual agenda organized by the Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng. This year (2022) as the second conference that is scheduled in various fields, including education, humanities, health, and agriculture, on 21-22 October 2022 at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng. The theme carried at this conference is ‘The contribution of ICT in the fields of education, humanities, health, and agriculture post COVID-19’. This conference is inspired by the biggest challenge faced by the Indonesian nation and all countries worldwide after Covid-19 is a disruption in various fields of human life, including the fields of Education, Humanities, Health, and Agriculture. Covid-19 has changed the pattern of services in the fields of education, and health and has made global supply chains vulnerable. On the other hand, the advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be an opportunity and a solution for various aspects of life after Covid-19. Therefore, a scientific forum in the form of an International Conference is needed to offer various solutions thoughts from research results or field experiences that focus on how ICT contributes to the fields of education, humanities, health, and agriculture after COVID-19. In fact, the International Conference in question is an academic discussion forum initiated by the Indonesian Catholic University of Santu Paulus Ruteng and carried out in a blinded manner (online and offline). This forum facilitates researchers, academics, professionals, practitioners, students, government officials, and all stakeholders who have the same interests around the world to disseminate the results of their studies, and conceptual or field experiences related to the contribution of ICT in the fields of education, humanities, health and agriculture in the post COVID-19. In fact, mastery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the key to building a superior and competent individual civilization in every field of human life after COVID-19. This conference presented a Distinguished Keynote Speaker (Jhony Gerald Plate, S.E, Minister of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia), eight keynote speakers from three different countries, including Prof. Yohanes Servatius Lon (Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng, Indonesia), Prof. Adrianus Ahemka (Head of Regional LLDIKTI XV), Prof. Yayah S. Kusumah (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Indonesia), Prof. I Nyoman Darma Putra (Udayana University, Indonesia), Prof. Mauro Mocerino (Curtin University, Australia), Prof. Dwi Andreas Santosa (IPB University, Indonesia), Dr. Willy Ardian Renandya (Nanyang Technological University, National Institute of Education, Singapore), and Prof. Maribeth Erb (National University of Singapore, Singapore), 174 paper presenters, and attended by more than 561 participants from university academics, researchers, professionals, practitioners, students, and government officials from all over Indonesia.

This is an open access book. ICHESS started in 2018, the last four sessions of ICHESS have all been successfully published. ICHESS is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Humanities Education and Social Sciences to a common forum. And we achieved the primary goal which is to promote research and developmental activities in Humanities Education and Social Sciences, and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. 2022 5th International Conference on Humanities Education and Social Sciences (ICHESS 2022) was held on October 14-16, 2022 in Chongqing, China. ICHESS 2022 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Humanities Education and Social Sciences to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Humanities Education and Social Sciences and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Humanities Education and Social Sciences and related areas.

Education modernization is an important reform direction of education development, including modernization of education concept, modernization of education content, modernization of education equipment, modernization of teachers and modernization of education management. And information management is one of the important methods to realize education modernization Information management is the social activity of planning, organizing, leading and controlling information resources by means of modern information technology in order to effectively develop and utilize information resources. Simply put, information management is the management of information resources and information activities by human beings. Information management is a general term for the information that people collect, process and input and output in the whole management process. The process of information management includes information collection, information transmission, information processing and information storage. Using the new generation of information management technology to enhance the digitalization, networking and intelligence of education management, promote the transformation of education decision-making from experience-driven to data-driven, education management from one-way management to collaborative governance, education service from passive response to active service, and support the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity with information technology. Focusing on education and information management with modernization, this conference provides a platform for scholars in related fields to exchange and share information, discuss how the two affect each other, and: Promote the modernization of education by studying certain educational issues that exist.
