Gershom Wood or Woods was born between 1732-1740 in Holland. He married Miss Whitenack, daughter of Biker Whitenack and Elizabeth, in Morristown, New Jersey. They had six children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Kansas and California.
