Report Of Maritime Commission War Shipping Administration On H R 3261 As Passed By The Senate

Views of the Maritime Commission on two Senate amendments to H. R. 3261, a bill to amend the Act of April 29, 1943, to authorize the return to private ownership of Great Lakes vessels and vessels of 1,000 gross tons or less. The amendments deal with just compensation and establishing an arbitration procedure.
