Report Of The Nova Scotia Court Structure Task Force

The mandate of the Task Force was to review the present structure and procedures of the courts and to report and make recommendations to the Lieutenant Governor in Council in respect of matters that will eliminate unnecessary delays and unduly technical litigation issues, and enhance access to justice for the people of Nova Scotia through simple, efficient and expeditious dispute resolution systems. This document contains the findings of the Task Force.
