When he awoke his recollection was so vivid that he wrote down the whole of the poem. If I but possessed Cole ridge's genius I would fain write down all I heard and saw in my sleep, but alas my recollection is not as good as Coleridge's, neither am I able to give such a fine de scription of what I saw.
