This title, like the rest of the book, was inspired by God. When I first heard this inspiration I enjoyed it, I laughed out loud. This initial inspiration mind you was very casual, much like a conversation between two friends. My response was something like, "Yeah, that would be funny." And then I dropped it. God did not drop it however and a few days later I heard this same urging. At this time I stopped cold in my tracks, looked to Heaven and said aloud, "Oh no - wait a minute, you can't be serious.
