However, it should be noted that productivity and growth that is accompanied by increasing social imbalance to achieve desirable changes in economy and society has sometimes negative consequences for the growth and development. The chapters compiled in this book from economical and social science researchers have generated awareness about the sustainable amalgam of these three subjects.
