This book is a continuation and deepening of Sovereign Blockchain 1.0. It mainly includes three views: 1) Blockchain is a super public product based on digital civilization. 2) The Internet is an advanced level of industrial civilization, the core of which is connection; blockchain is an important symbol of digital civilization, the essence of which is reconstruction. 3) Digital currency will trigger a comprehensive change in the economic field, and digital identity will reconstruct the governance model in the social field, thereby changing the order of civilization. This book is not only a popular science book based on blockchain thinking, theory and application research, but also a scholarly work on the technical and philosophical issues of governance and the future. By reading Sovereign Blockchain 2.0, policymakers can quickly understand the basic knowledge and frontier dynamics of science and technology; science and technology workers can grasp the general trend, seize opportunities, face problems and difficulties, aim at the world's science and technology frontier and lead the direction of science and technology development; experts and scholars in law and legal fields can see new ideas, concepts and models of data governance; social science researchers can discover data sociology and data philosophy issues.

The sovereign citizen movement combines radical anti-government activism with well-placed lies and carefully structured conspiracy theories about the origins of the United States. Inside, the author exposes the strange, the interesting, and the dangerous, and deconstructs, decodes and deflates the global sovereign citizen movement. The most elaborate conspiracy theories often contain a morsel of truth. This is certainly the case when it comes to the sovereign citizen movement. This movement is not structured, and it has no leader. Yet its ideas have spread around the world in the past thirty years. From the United States to the United Kingdom and all the way to Singapore, you can find instances of sovereign citizen activists splashing the headlines and popping up on YouTube. Most often, sovereign citizens defy the police when they are pulled over for breaking traffic laws. A sovereign citizen will tell the police that they have no lawful authority, no rightful jurisdiction and that they work for a "corporation" known as the United States. Usually, this does not end well for the sovereign citizen. Sovereign citizens will also spread their anti-government activism in YouTube videos, in fraudulent court filings and through elaborate moneymaking schemes where they pose as lawyers and judges. These con artists have swindled millions of dollars from the United States government and perhaps much more money from regular citizens. This book explores the origins of the movement, the conspiracies that form the foundation of the movement and the common words and actions that sovereign citizens adopt and use. Joe Pometto is a licensed attorney in Pittsburgh, PA and a United States Air Force veteran. He also has a YouTube channel called "Attorney Audits Agitators" where he analyzes encounters with sovereign citizens and other movements that brush up against the law.

Questions regarding the origins, mobility, and effects of analytical concepts continue to emerge as anthropology endeavors to describe similarities and differences in social life around the world. Cutting and Connecting rethinks this comparative enterprise by calling in a conceptual debt that theoretical innovations from Melanesian anthropology owe to network analysis originally developed in African contexts. On this basis, the contributors adopt and employ concepts from recent studies of Melanesia to analyze contemporary life on the African continent and to explore how this exchange influences the borrowed anthropological perspectives. By focusing on ways in which networks are cut and connections are made, these empirical investigations show how particular relationships are created in today’s Africa. In addition, the volume aims for an approach that recasts relationships between theory and place and concepts and ethnography, in a manner that destabilizes the distinction between fieldwork and writing.
