Sweetness of the Heart, Mind, and Soul is an inspirational, motivational, and exciting book with much love. Each writing has a story behind it. Sweetness is divided into several topics: love, life, family, friends, and inspirational. Sweetness will uplift those who are down and bring a smile to those looking for love. The last poem is titled "I Can Change." Sweetness will make a person think.

I like to thank Poetry. Com for nominating my poem, Leaving Despair Behind that was published in 2003 in Table Top a book of poetry. In 2005 it was also published in The International Whos Who in poetry. I also thank The International Society of Poets for acknowledging my poetic ability to express myself through my writings and nominating me as Poet of the Year in 2005. The League of American Poets who published this same poem in A Treasury of American Poetry in 2006 that signifies me as an artist. In 2006 Noble House of New York-London- Paris congratulated me on my talent and said I deserve appropriate international recognition as well... I thank you.
