This nicely illustrated volume contains cuisine & history from the Spanish influence of the Canary Islanders, the Italian Great Arrival, Senegal Soul Food, and the Acadian settlers. Many well known local Chefs and Fine Restaurants have contributed their delicious & famous recipes!
