1899 Mr. Hansen felt previous books of materia medica only dealt with the more important medicines and id not embrace the whole list of homeopathic remedies. Mr. Hansen used a vast number of works in order to compile a book that is complete in the field.

This books offers an in-depth review of the mineral remedies in conformity with scientific chemistry, and the known effects of remedies both as poisonings and through provings.

Dr. E. A. Farrington s Clinical Materia Medica is more than 100 years old book, and what a gem it is. Though it is a very nicely written book, it is not as popular as Kent s Lectures on Materia Medica. So, we at B. Jain decided to revamp this jewel.
