It is highly unlikely that this would occur with one of our books. Our extensive quality control ensures that the readers of Trieste Publishing's books will be delighted with their purchase. Our staff has thoroughly reviewed every page of all the books in the collection, repairing, or if necessary, rejecting titles that are not of the highest quality. This process ensures that the reader of one of Trieste Publishing's titles receives a volume that faithfully reproduces the original, and to the maximum degree possible, gives them the experience of owning the original work.We pride ourselves on not only creating a pathway to an extensive reservoir of books of the finest quality, but also providing value to every one of our readers. It's not enough for us to have a destination in mind and a desire to get there, we must walk! We have to walk with purpose and with determination, but the devil isn't going to make it easy. He's going to discourage us by filling the wilderness with threats and dangers, or he'll create an oasis as delightful as possible to lure us in and keep us from moving ahead. It takes strength to resist the temptations and to keep walking. Sometimes, though, the wilder- ness is difficult because that's the nature of the wilderness. Life can be hard; it can be cruel even. In those times, when our sorrow tells us to push away, it takes faith to reach for the Father's hand and keep walking, trusting that God is always present and feels the pain of his children. I took a random poll not too long ago and asked people what they thought was the greatest challenge to daily Christian living. The overwhelming answer was "time." Most of the responders said that the day goes by so quickly that before they know it, it's time for bed and they've not done anything to strengthen their relationship with God, grow their faith, or share Jesus Christ with some- one else. We have to decide to make our spiritual lives a priority. The goal of this study is to help us become intentional in our daily spiritual walk. We make choices every day of our lives. We choose when to wake up, what to wear, what we eat, how we will respond to people, and what we will do for exercise. We also choose how we will live for Christ each day. We can choose how we will walk!

Walking with God: Living the Promised Life is a ten week in-depth Bible study of the book of Joshua in workbook format. God promised the Israelites an inheritance in the land of Canaan. But they had to leave Egypt behind and walk with Him into the their land of promise. Joshua was their leader. Through this study, you will witness his victories and his defeats, and you will discover what made the difference. Sometimes he followed God obediently and without question. Other times, he chose his own way. Each decision impacted the Israelites journey. As a believer in Christ, you are guaranteed an eternal Promised Land in heaven, but God has also given you a designated territory on earth where you can flourish and use your gifts and talents for His glory along the way. Joshua's journey represents ours as we walk with God through this life en roue to our eternal Promised Land. Walking with God means living your faith. It is trusting in Him and Him alone. It is seeing giants, but stepping confidently into the future because you believe the promises of Christ. Walking with God is the difference between slavery to sin, and freedom in Christ. It is victory, not defeat. It is living the promised life.

This book was written as a result of questions I had concerning the state of the church of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I read of all the miracles God performed in the Bible, and like Gideon (Judges 6:13) I asked the question, ?Where has that God gone? Why am I not seeing that kind of power in my life After much prayer and meditation, God started to show me what was lacking in my life. I realized that walking with God was more than just memorizing Scriptures and learning formulas to get God to work on my behalf. While I was paralyzed from a spinal infection, I realized that some of what I had been taught in church were based on tradition and were not biblically based. During this period of time, God began the healing process. Through faith in the Word of God, I was healed physically, but, more importantly, God gave me the assignment to pass on to others what I have learned. I pray for all those who read this book: may your eyes and hearts be open to receive the message of God's great love for you and His desire to lead you to your Promise Land.
