To the Honorable the Judges of the said Court: 1. The names of the parties to this libel are Mart Doe, libellant, and John Doe, respondent. 2. The libellant and respondent were lawfully joined in marriage, on the 29th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen (1917), at New York City, in the State of New York, and from and after that time, they lived together and cohabited in the relation of husband and wife. 3. At the time said marriage was contracted, the libellant was a citizen of the State of Pennsylvania and resided at Philadelphia in said State; and the respondent was a citizen of the State of Pennsylvania and resided at Pittsburgh in said State; immediately after their said marriage, the said libellant and respondent resided together at Pittsburgh in the State of Pennsylvania and have since resided at 2962 Pacific Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 4434 Atlantic Street, Philadelphia, Pa.
