Charlie is warned by a neighborhood kid that the house his family is moving into is filled with all kinds of weird and creepy creatures.

Charley discovers the dangers of watching too much television when, in the attic of his spooky new house, he stumbles upon an old television that only gets one channel--the Monster Channel--with some interesting special effects.

Too much TV is not good for you! The Monster Channel is back--And just when you thought it was safe to turn on the TV! Soon after a family moves from the city to a small town, unusual things start to happen. Their son, Charley, is warned by a strange kid that something terrifying lives in the attic of their old house. In the cold dark basement Charley sees a strange face at the window. When he runs for the stairs, a hand grabs his ankle, trying to drag him back down. But when Charley finds the skeleton key that opens the door to the forbidden attic, he comes face to face an old TV that broadcasts only one station: The Monster Channel! Is this old TV the home of the terrifying attic creature?
