The Outpour: An Anthology of Emotion is fascinating. Each poem takes a life of it’s own. Readers are able to identify with the diverse situations portrayed in each poem. Most of the collected poems are hyperboles of emotion felt at one time or another by Poet Kasmira Cade. Kasmira has managed to capture basic human emotions and exaggerate them by giving each poem character, simultaneously allowing us to learn more about ourselves and the depth of human emotion. The Outpour is a therapeutic must read!

New scientific discoveries unveiled by comparing scientific principles with spiritual principles of the Bible. Both scientific and scriptural information confirm that Light is the source of all things and it was the first manifestation at the beginning of universe, which led to the creation of all other things. This book unveils many interesting parallels between biblical and scientific descriptions of light with new scientific discoveries. This gives a better understanding of the scientific theory of the three spectra of Lights and seven frequencies of radiation. "I want to know how God created this world. I am not interested in this or that phenomenon, in the spectrum of this or that element. I want to know His thoughts; the rest are details." – Albert Einstein”

This volume presents two important lecture cycles delivered after WWII, exploring the poetry of Hölderlin and the nature of thought itself. Heidegger delivered his lecture series, Insight into That Which Is, at Bremen in 1949. It was his first speaking engagement after World War II, when he was officially banned from teaching. Here, Heidegger openly resumes thinking that deeply engaged him with Hölderlin’s poetry and themes developed in his earlier works. In the Freiburg lectures, delivered in 1957, Heidegger ponders thought itself and freely engages with the German idealists and Greek thinkers who had provoked him in the past. Andrew J. Mitchell’s translation allows English-speaking readers to explore important connections with Heidegger’s earlier works on language, logic, and reality.

Does "black" as a social signifier, pregnant with history, really mean what it is thought to mean? Does white, as the symmetrical object of black, really refer to its current form? Or do these apperceptive objects, these epithets, draw energy from somewhere else, a past veiled by current discourse? When we reveal historical figures, in what is supposed to be an idiosyncratic context (in Europe for example), and refer to them simply as "black" due to their hue, are we really putting words in their mouths, colonizing the past anachronistically, implanting memories? Did the whiteness and blackness of the past - active within a social construct - really transcend physical appearance? Is the current culture of equity, for example actors portraying historical figures from the premise that their physical appearance wasn't present, really a revisionist act through replacement by representation - the replacement of the one representing themselves, by themselves? These are some of the questions this essay tries to answer.

At its best, all Christian worship is led by the Holy Spirit. But is there a distinctive theology of Pentecostal worship? The Pentecostal church or the renewal movement is among the fastest-growing parts of the body of Christ around the world, which makes understanding its theology and practice critical for the future of the church. In this volume in IVP Academic's Dynamics of Christian Worship (DCW) series, theologian Steven Félix-Jäger offers a theology of renewal worship, including its biblical foundations, how its global nature is expressed in particular localities, and how charismatic worship distinctively shapes the community of faith. With his guidance, the whole church might understand better what it means to pray, "Come, Holy Spirit!" The Dynamics of Christian Worship series draws from a wide range of worshiping contexts and denominational backgrounds to unpack the many dynamics of Christian worship—including prayer, reading the Bible, preaching, baptism, the Lord’s Supper, music, visual art, architecture, and more—to deepen both the theology and practice of Christian worship for the life of the church.
