Set in Fairhope, Alabama, and the beach resort area of Scenic Highway 30A in Floridas panhandle, four thirty-something ladies support each other through the triumphs and hard decisions of life. When their own ladies retreat is canceled by the sudden illness of its veteran coordinator, Deli, Jess, Anne, and Lindsay travel to Seaside, Florida, for a local churchs meeting on biblical reflection and meditation. The verses they study bring unexpected insights into their relationships with God, their families, and even themselves. Single ladies, Deli and Jess, gain greater insight into what it means to be a part of a godly relationship. Deli battles her abuse history and takes a step of faith toward a future she never imagined could be hers. Jess, on the other hand, struggles to come to terms with her failing three-year relationship with a man who has little interest in God and faith. Meanwhile, Anne and Lindsay confront issues of motherhood. Annes pre-teen daughter has begun a slow descent into silence and moodiness leading Anne to question her long-held beliefs about parenting. Lindsay has her own questions, but with two young daughters now both school-aged, hers is a battle of mothers guilt against a possible return to her first love: a career in law. Their questions are our questions. Their journeys are our journeys. Come join them as they discover their own answers and Gods plan for their lives on The Paths We Walk.

1001 Walks You Must Experience Before You Die is the perfect guide to the world's most exhilarating walks. The ever-increasing passion for recreational walking is given fresh impetus with the creation of each new national park and wilderness area, the construction of every new walkway and the clearing of another fresh trail. The growth in popularity of pathways and woodland walks, and the conversion of canal banks and disused railways around the world to mixed-use walkand cycle-ways, means we now have unprecedented access to our cities and to ever-increasing tracts of our rural heritage. The wide-ranging, carefully chosen featured routes vary from the rugged delights of Wales's Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to the lush wilderness of Jamaica and the Harz Witches' Trail high in the German mountains. The hand-picked excursions cover overland paths, urban trails, mountain passes, coastal and shoreline strolls, and walks that explore the heritage of the world's most culturally rich destinations. There are gentle walks for beginners - some lasting barely an hour - and more demanding challenges for seasoned enthusiasts that will take months to achieve. Every page provides a wealth of information about a must-try walk, including start and end points, overall distance, difficulty rating, terrain and an estimation of the time it should take to complete, along with links to specially commissioned digital route maps. In short, 1001 Walks You Must Experience Before You Die is an essential reference guide for all those who love to get out of their cars, get off their bikes and lace up their walking shoes.

This collection of thoughts and ideas came from an outcry of pain and suffering. Many people are in need to be listened to and call for action. I just wanted to freestyle with writing and help those believe in themselves. The more I wrote, the larger the readership grew. I received correspondence from all over on how a certain story helped them in some way. Sometimes I was asked to write something to inspire an event that was coming up and it ended up inspiring the masses. My intention was simple just to write what I felt on certain things and remind people how important and special they are. There are many people that feel lost and need guidance and I assumed a role to simply guide those lost souls. Most people I have encountered never were lost. They were just sidetracked off their path or journey. The snowball effect happened as I wrote more and these are a collection of my most favorite stories. These aren’t mine; they belong to you, the reader. They have helped so many and I hope they help a new group of people by getting the word out. Bob Frost was created a while ago for my love of Robert Frost. I first heard “Nothing Gold Can Stay” from “The Outsiders” and fell in love with the poem. I’ve been studying his many quotes and poems, and made me look up to him as a writer, mentor and even friend. I took his name in celebration of his work and wishful thinking. I joined an anonymous website to express some personal issues in my life and quickly found others just like me. People had gotten to know me as “Bob” and I stuck with it. My real name, real life, make no difference and I preferred to remain an unknown person writing to many people about what they wanted to talk about. Some chose to write about happy things and some wanted to vent and get some answers. To me, it’s the never ending quest for wisdom and knowledge. I possess none or pretend that I do. These stories are just my opinions, not facts. I don’t have a degree in anything other than “life”. I’m a middle class male in America trying to find my own way in life, my path. I don’t boast a PhD in anything other than hard knocks. I love to write and I enjoy helping others effortlessly. If I don’t have an answer for you, I’ll find out one and help you any way I can. I’m here to live my life and walk my path. What I didn’t realize is that while I live my life I encounter others on my path. Some are looking for guidance; some are looking for a helping hand. Some people just ignore and keep on walking. I refuse to believe in that way of thinking. As much as I argue with others about what I do, I feel the personal need to listen to every voice that write or talks to me. It makes for a difficult life for me, but the rewards mean more to me than anything. You have to sacrifice so much to be happy. You have to sometimes put everything and everyone aside and believe me, I did at first. I lost a lot but later found out it was the others that lost me. It took a long, vigorous process for me to accept the fact that not everyone is going to accept me. I’ve tried my whole life to be accepted and I still feel as if I’m not totally a part of society. So I write on and hopefully help others feel comfortable and at ease. I have always been an empath and that alone is a pain that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Believe me, it’s mostly my own fault for being so naïve, but like I stated before, the rewards are limitless. So many people have thanked me and told me stories of success. The last couple of years I’ve told that I should publish my writing and try to get this message out to as many people as I can. After much thought, I decided to go for it. This book represents who and what “Bob Frost” is. I hope I don’t come off as pompous, but I finally separated myself from my alter ego. I am an individual and that’s why I have come out and did this. I don’t use politics or religion in my writing. I feel the human soul is enough of a religious and political struggle within you. I don’t use it a

It's easy to get lost in the busyness of every day. But taking a walk and discovering God's presence along the way will bring you back to where you need to be. The Walking Bible Study, a series of short readings and meditations, is your field guide to learning more about Scripture as you travel through nature and life. Wherever you walk, take it along with you and follow the paths of God. "Walking changes us; it can transport our spirits from being weighed down by life into the joy of God's presence." - Becca Stevens Each study consists of four sessions. Sessions include prayer, Scripture, Becca’s thoughts and stories, questions to think about or discuss, and activities. The Path of Love The world was created when God took the two chaotic elements of the universe that do not allow life---the deep and the darkness---and encompassed them into a loving creation that is called Good. The story of Love is rooted in creation and is so powerful that in its culminating act, it rolls the stone away at the break of Easter morning.
