Charles Woolverton emigrated from England sometime before 1693 and settled in New Jersey. He married Mary in about 1697. They had nine children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.

David Macdonald and Nancy McAdams have traced Charles' descendants to the seventh generation, by which time they had spread out to many parts of the country ... Richard Rounsavell, believed to have been the son of Roger Rounsavall (1615-1672) and Mary Warne, was born 12 March 1658 in Padstow, Cornwall, England. He emigrated in about 1780 and settled in Connecticut. He married Hannah and they had three known children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Ohio.

Robert Goble (1700-1783) was born in Berkeley, South Carolina. He married Mary Malatiah (or Malat or Mallett) (1701-1768) in 1724 in Morristown, New Jersey. They had nineteen children. Their grandson, Jacob Goble (1783-1864), was born in Orange County, New York. He died in Villa Nova, Ontario. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ontario.
