Priesthood begins with God's invitation, but it develops out of man's response. What does it take to respond enthusiastically, wholeheartedly and faithfully to the call to serve? In this attempt to answer these questions, the author clearly sets forth what it takes to be a Catholic priest in the third millennium. Whether he is stressing the necessity of regular Confession, the need to celebrate daily Mass, say the Liturgy of the Hours, or discussing priestly celibacy in frank, realistic terms, he emphasizes true priestly identity by presenting a life worth living, a life worth sharing, a life worth offering up to the Father through Christ and in the Holy Spirit. Because it is pastoral, practical and thoroughly Catholic, this book will renew the joy of being Catholic in the hearts of seminarians, priests and the people they serve.

Once you understand that you live on the borrowed time and on the lent rock in the vastness of space, that no matter how many gold bars or bitcoins you own, no matter how good your grades or how popular you are, it's all just an imitation and you own nothing. All your possessions are temporary and all your knowledge is borrowed from more than 100 billion people who lived and died before you. The only thing that matters is your personal contribution to the simulated universe you live in to advance and become something different. Once you comprehend that you are imaginary and they only things that is real is the God Creator of our universe, you shall become truly free and your heart and mind shall finally let you be at peace enabling you to make a quantum leap into the singularity with the surrounding world. However, to fully understand what I am talking about you need to learn seven simple things described in this Third Millennium Bible. This is neither self improvement book nor new age science book, it's a New Religion Book. The same religion Alien civilizations who are many millennia more advanced than humans follow in the distant stars and galaxies. The same religion that will also guide you for the rest of your stay on this planet. You wish you found this book earlier, but it's my fault, because this universal knowledge was only open to me after the Great Pandemic but before the Global Solar Event.

"This work deals with issues surrounding the manifestation of the Spirit in prayer from theological and practical points of view. The treatment is orthodox, yet it is charismatic in tone and practical in presentation. It is a culmination of thirty years of study and experience received from conducting seminars spanning denominational lines. It has broad appeal to charismatic, Pentecostal, and parachurch groups, yet it has reached into evangelical, mainline, Catholic Pentecostal, and ecumenical groups because of its reasoned theological and biblical content"--P. 4 of cover.

This work is a series of sermons produced by Emeritus Professor Hans Mol, and based on Biblical texts, the Commentaries of John Calvin on these texts, and on Calvin's Institutes of the Christian Religion. Mol is Australia's pre-eminent scholar in the sociology of religion, particularly in Australia. His 1971 volume, Religion in Australia, was the first attempt at statistical analysis of religion in Australia, which was also internationally significant. Parallel to Mol's interest in the sociology of religion has been his interest in Calvin. Indeed the theological basis of his life has been as a Calvinist. Here in this volume he brings both of these interests together. His sermons, preached over the years in Canberra, seek to apply the teachings of Calvin to a world-view in which the scientific study of religion, and indeed the wider study of sociology, are of central significance. In these sermons, he succeeds considerably in this. The volume is a substantial contribution to scholarship, in that the combination of these two factors has only rarely been attempted. Thus, the volume has originality and will have enduring value. It is especially appropriate that it should be published at this time, in preparation for the 500th Anniversary of Calvin's birth (1509-2009).
