Transferring Nanotechnology Concept Towards Business Perspectives

The advancements in science and technology (S&T) in recent years have no longer remained confined to the boundaries of conventional technologies. Nanotechnology is relatively a new field which has made a revolutionary impact as is witnessed through the investment of nearly $67 billion over the last decade by the governments around the world. It is also believed that as the Nanotechnology governance will get institutionalised with increased globalisation and channelized funding mechanism, it would bring tremendous benefits to developing nations if exploited appropriately. Investment in Nanotechnology is a smart strategy for growing markets, improving competitiveness, and providing greater equity and opportunity.
